The Khoe-Khoe were very clever when it came to using plants. The Khoe Khoe used the Fynbos to build their huts.   They used  Hottentotskooigoed as bedding and other plants for medicinal uses.  They knew their plants and what to do with them.  In a sense they were very advanced in the medical world.
