Culinary Uses
The Khoe-Khoe were very
clever when it came to making and finding things to use as food.
Fynbos is one of the things we use today as a culinary use.
Most Fynbos can be used to make different herbal teas, which are very good
for helping to cure sicknesses. The bulbs from Arum Lilies have also
been used to make a bread. This plant is poisonous so the bulb has
to be boiled in water for a few days and only then can the bread-like plant
be eaten.
