Sour Fig This plant was used for ointments and it helped the Khoe-Khoe when in need. This plant grows by the sea and if a person is stung by a blue bottle it helps the swelling to go down. The Strandlopers, a group of Khoe-Khoe, lived in caves by the sea and the Sour Fig was very useful to them.
