4 Thematic Cycles of Teachers Training

SMASSE INSET for Mathematics and Science teachers is organized in a two-tier system. District Trainers attend National INSET at CEMASTEA. These District Trainers then facilitate INSET training at their respective districts. Each of the four cycles of INSET lasts for 10 days and organized to address specific themes.

Subject-based sessions focus on particular contents perceived to be challenging to students and difficult to teach. The subjects are Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics
