JICA has been the main partner with CEMASTEA in the Strengthening Mathematics and Science in Secondary Education (SMASSE) since 1998 and Strengthening Mathematics and Science Education since 2008. JICA is also the main donor partner in SMASE-type projects in some other African countries.

VVOB is a partner in ICT Integration in Education through the MOE-VVB Programme on ICT integration. Among the areas of the partnerships are capacity development, policy formulation for efficient coordination and implementation of ICT integration in Education.
