WebQuests (ICT Integration)

Module 3 - Adapting and using WebQuests (With Internet)

3 hours 15 mins

In this workshop you will learn how to critically analyse WebQuests with a view to adapting and improving them for your own use.

WebQuests that you find may be good, but they are never quite good enough until they meet all your requirements. The constant cross-pollination of ideas between one teacher and the next means that we are constantly enhancing the resources which support our learners.

By the end of this task you could achieve the following outcomes:

  • Evaluate key areas of a WebQuest.
  • Identify how WebQuests can be improved to suit your own needs.
  • Adapt WebQuests for classroom use.
  • Prepare to use WebQuests in the classroom.

Workshop question:
Can I constantly improve the learning experience of my learners?
