Right near the museum is a beach.  The water is a light blue; it is protected partially from the rest of the sea by a long rocky edge which stretches out into the water.  There are many tropical fish in the swimming area.  If you go snorkeling, you will see bright fish of all colors come very close to you.  There aren't very many people along this small swimming area, which also features ladders into the water and small huts for shade.
