I agree with Doc Begely. In the lab we could only see this one in the electron microscope! That makes it a virus, no doubt about it.

Ouch, well it doesn't look like you've got your facts straight. You mustn't have studied your Virus Basics, because the first thing you would have learned is that the largest viruses are about the same size as the smallest bacteria. Bacteria can be too small even to see under regular high-powered microscopes.
