The Himalayas - where earth meets sky
Acknowledgements and links

Acknowledgements
While creating this web site, we contacted a number of personalities around the world well-known for their interest in the Himalayas. We discussed our project with them and sought their advice. To our greatest surprise we found that most of the individuals, despite their busy schedules, extended a warm and cordial helping hand to us.

We received help in a variety of ways. Some of the individuals referred us to helpful books while others granted us permission to use their materials - photographs and text - on our website. Still others came up with invaluable advice and suggestions. On this page, we gratefully acknowledge the tremendous encouragement, assistance and guidance provided by others. In case there is any omission in this list, it is purely accidental and we will acknowledge the same in the future.
