Start Excel and check that
Microsoft Map has been installed. It is an add-in and
is sometimes not installed by those who do not know about
the feature.
If it is, there should be a
Map icon on the toolbar.Or
click on Insert on the menu bar, then Object,
then look if Microsoft Map is listed as one of the Object
types.

If Microsoft Map is not installed on your
computer, run the Setup programme on your Microsoft Office
CD-ROM disks.
