1. Habits of Mind

   4 - Thorough Understanding

   • Works in an orderly manner and adheres to a timeline.
   • Reacts positively to feedback and incorporates appropriate suggestions.
   • Consistently demonstrates insight and sensitivity toward the feelings and knowledge base of others.

   3 - Good Understanding

   • Works in an orderly manner and completes project on time.
   • Does not react negatively to feedback.
   • Demonstrates insight and sensitivity into the feelings and knowledge base of others with few exceptions.

   2 - Satisfactory Understanding

   • Project is completed on time.
   • Reacts appropriately to feedback with some prompting.
   • Generally demonstrates insight and sensitivity into the feelings and knowledge base of others with prompting.

   1 - Needs Improvement

   • Project is completed, but past due date.
   • Demonstrates sensitivity to the feelings of others with prompting.

2. Complex Thinking
