Please register for the conference regardless of whether you are a delegate or presenter. Select the conference role of “Potential presenter”.

If you are confirmed as a presenter of a full presentation (1 hour or more) at the conference your conference fee will be waivered. If you are confirmed as a co-presenter or present in only one 30 minute session you will receive a 50% discount of your conference fee.

Applying as a presenter guarantees you a space as a delegate at the conference. If your application is not accepted you will have the option of confirming your delegate status by paying the conference fee. If your application is accepted your conference role will become “Presenter” and your participation in the conference will be confirmed by email.

If you are not yet prepared to commit to being a presenter or would like to discuss an idea about your presentation with us please complete the expression of interest form instead.

The closing date for presentations is 15 May 2015. If you submit a presentation and it is not accepted we will still allow you the early bird rate.
